Designed as a large-volume prepared mix that is loaded with the essence of the festive period, which makes it perfect for your holiday party. Reserve the remaining citrus syrup you can use for morning drinks, desserts, or to make more rounds of this cocktail.

Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
To make the Drink (makes 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
A few cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Directions
Making the Syrup: Put the listed components in a pan, heat until it reaches a simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Next, take off the burner and let it to cool down completely. Pour to a sterilised bottle, cap it and refrigerate it in the fridge, it can be stored for about one month.
Preparing the Premix: Combine the specified liquid ingredients into a big jug, allow it to infuse for one hour, then pass it through preferably using muslin, to ensure it's completely strained.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml from the cocktail base into your cocktail shaker packed with ice, gently stirring lightly for one minute to cool it down. Filter to a cold coupe glass or similar, top with some cranberries and complete it with a quick spritz of mandarin oil over the drink.
